Reboot Gold-Certified Warranty Program

Gold-Certified Quality Guarantee

Reboot uses advanced diagnostic software and hands-on diagnosis throughout the refurbishment process, allowing us to ensure the highest standard of quality to our customers through each and every phase of certifying the machine.  All units are thoroughly tested and must meet stringent quality standards before entering our store.  All units are guaranteed to be in excellent working condition. 
 
Reboot Gold-Certified Benefits
  • Drop-in service and troubleshooting (hardware issues only – during store hours)
  • Telephone technical support (hardware issues only): Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm CST.  Please note: Our tech support is provided by the same technicians who actually refurbish Reboot's computers and laptops. This means that you may need to leave a voicemail to receive tech support, as we are not always able to immediately answer each incoming call. Our technicians will return all calls as soon as possible in the order in which they were received.
  • Free parts and labor to repair any hardware problem for duration of warranty period.
  • Free replacement with equivalent or better unit if repair is not possible.
Extended Warranty Pricing
 
All Reboot Gold-Certified computers, including towers, desktops, small form factors, laptops, and notebooks, are covered by our 90-day limited warranty. All Gold-Certified units are eligible to be purchased with an additional 90 day warranty (180 days total), the cost of which is $50.00 per unit. The extended warranty must be purchased at the time of the original computer/laptop purchase.
 
Limitations
 
Our computers are refurbished and/or used and may have some minor cosmetic blemishes, examples of which include (but are not limited to) small cosmetic damage on exterior and worn areas on surfaces. All known issues and blemishes are noted in the description form included with each unit and/or shown on our website. Reboot's Gold-Certified and/or extended warranties do not cover known issues indicated in the description. It is the customer's responsibility to fully read the description and be aware of all known issues. Reboot sales staff will gladly assist our customers in fully understanding any known issues.
 
The Reboot Gold-Certified warranty and extended warranty cover all hardware issues with the computer. The warranty does not cover software issues, viruses, or physical damage which was preexisting or occurs after purchase due to mishandling. Cracked or damaged laptop and notebook display panels are not covered by the 90-day warranty or extended warranty.
